MISSION STATEMENT

Our purpose is to provide the tools, training and guidance for local entities to adopt and implement safety and loss control programs.

Our goals are:

1. To provide a safe work environment free from physical and emotional hazards for employees.

2. Ensure that county public facilities, roads and bridges are as safe as possible for the public.

3. To have every employee trained to practice safe work habits.

4. For county law enforcement to provide for the safety, health, welfare and civil rights of the public, those individuals in the care and custody of county facilities and law enforcement officers.

Our success is solely dependent upon the commitment made by each individual county employee to reach these goals.
