Supp. 2010, Section 662), which relates to county-built bridges; modifying provision dealing with bridge standards; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency. (Emergency Measure)
Comments: CBRI Fund - Changes the word “reimbursement” to the word “payables” Allows C.C. to access the CBRI Fund for payment of upfront costs on road and bridge projects. Allows Road and Bridge projects to be built faster.

Comments: Changes the board membership of the CED Energy District. This allows for each county within a CED to have fair representation on the Energy Board.

Supp. 2010, Section 131.1), which relates to qualifications for county office; imposing certain requirements to file as candidate for office of county commissioner; and providing an effective date.
Comments: Candidate for County Commissioner must be registered voter and reside in the District 6 months prior to filing for that seat.
